Responsibilities

Develop program goals and project plans

Set the highest standards for efficiency and effectiveness in cross-functional operations

Track deliverables against work back schedules to ensure on time delivery

Communicate team progress to broader organization and to leadership

Manage a team of internal contractors and drive collective progress and results

Perform QA and compliance checks for customer-facing products and develop mechanisms to scale audits

Influence partner teams to enhance tools and systems based on program findings

Required

2+ years of program or project management experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business 'by the numbers'; strong skills in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookups) and experience writing and editing SQL queries

Experience working in Interior Design, Architecture, Retail Furniture Design, Visual Merchandising or product Marketing

Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented

Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

Preferred

Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects

Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination

Experience with 3D Visualization, ASIN selection, strategic planning

Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and build solutions with proper project management

Aptitude for being organized with flexibility and for delivering results in a fast-paced environment

Proven track record of developing high quality interior design rooms and renders
