Responsibilities

Support Engineering Team and Plant Operations by providing computer aided designs and drawings for equipment/material/workflow/processes for all harvest and prepared foods plants.

Analyze schematics/blueprints and compare the specifications to the draft, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company regulations and quality standards.

Attend project meetings and review projects and drawings as needed.

Assist in the selection of engineering materials and equipment.

Develop and Maintain Technical Documentation system.

Working with Project Manager/Sr. Plant Engineer, provide technical leadership and support to develop and execute capital projects.

Responsibility includes, however not limited to, facility / equipment / production systems maintenance, environmental, plant energy utilization, Operational Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), local capital planning and deployment, and management of capital projects.
