Responsibilities
Support the process of gathering and implementing merchant strategies and field requests on store maps, effectively rebranding stores twice per year to infuse newness and drive sales.
Support the complex process of planning and executing multiple store enhancements all across unique timelines and with varying scope.
Execute the master process timeline and be accountable for all team deliverables.
Maintain master databases of all branded and animated space by store and fixture for a portion of stores within the US fleet.
Create new assortments & maintain inventory start and stop dates for existing assortments (brand level), as impacted by retrofits and enhancement projects.
Partner with RD’s and DM’s to manage field requests (where feasible) and align on final maps. Build deep regional knowledge of managed stores.
Successfully partner with cross functional teams including Property Development, Purchasing & Procurement, Retail Operations, Visual Marketing, and Inventory in order to make the retrofit and enhancement process as seamless as possible.
Analyze brand productivity & growth by door in order to influence merchandising strategies and help drive branding decisions.
Have a working knowledge of capital expenditure budgets and how to assess sales driving and cost saving opportunities.

Required
Minimum 3 years of experience working for a retailer, preferably with a focus in Merchandising, Operations, or other related field.
Process oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong sense of urgency and time management skills; ability to work within deadlines on multiple projects and competing priorities.
Intermediate to advanced excel skills a must.
Ability to manage ambiguity and make decisions/problem solve without all the facts.
Quick learner with a knack for analyzing and solving problems in out of the box ways.
Comfortable engaging with multiple levels of the merchant organization as well as the field.
Positive, proactive team player.
