Responsibilities

Implement policies across multiple entities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Create and refine processes to improve efficiency and maintain consistency.
Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and status reports.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, challenges, and milestones.
Monitor project performance, identify potential roadblocks, and recommend solutions to keep initiatives on track.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to timelines.
Serve as a central point of contact for project-related queries and coordination.
Travel on an as needed basis

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related role.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with project management tools and software.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes effectively.
