Responsibilities
Execute project scope and field work, revise as appropriate for project success
Oversee and ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved, manage project budgets, complete projects on time and on budget
Ownership of full project life cycle, from proposal generation, through execution, to project close-out and invoicing
Expected to manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
Set expectations and communicate project status to clients and internal management
Coordinate with and manage outside consultants, subcontractors, and laboratories

Required
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in related field
3 - 5 years of progressive environmental consulting experience related to Building Hazardous Materials, Environmental, or EH&S assessments required
Preferred
New York State Licensed Asbestos Inspector and Mold Assessor is strongly preferred
New York City Asbestos Investigator is also preferred
Additional Asbestos licenses in New York and the surrounding states are a plus and strongly preferred
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER is strongly preferred
