Responsibilities
Manage industry-changing projects as an Associate Project Manager at JLL.
Lead and deliver challenging projects under a larger JLL team.
Contribute to the development of reporting, project budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing strategy and execution through completion of construction.
Focus on client experience by providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities.
Interact with the General Contractor and Client team, assist in daily reporting and problem-solving.
Understand complex issues and escalate in an organized thoughtful way to quickly diffuse issues.
Attend and conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and team communications.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve onsite issues, reduce potential Change orders, and develop project plans.
Conduct comprehensive property inspections, assess condition, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Document and follow up on inspection findings, communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
Oversight of general contractors and subcontractors involved in construction projects.
Evaluate contractor performance and ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements, reporting up to the greater team.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control, suggest necessary actions to keep projects on track.
Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process, communicate updates to stakeholders.

Full-Time Onsite Associate Project Manager
Ability to interact with the General Contractor and Client team
Ability to understand complex issues and escalate in an organized thoughtful way
Assist project team with reporting, coordinating, and overseeing multiple facets of a major construction project
Attend and Conduct regular site visits and inspections
Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve onsite issues
Conducting comprehensive property inspections
Document and follow up on inspection findings, including photographs and detailed reports
Oversight of general contractors and subcontractors involved in construction projects
Evaluation of contractor performance and ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements
Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and quality control
Resolving conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or similar degree
1-3 years of relevant experience in property management, project or construction management, or Architecture/Engineering/Design
Relationship builder with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in project management technology tools
Proven track record of results in a fast-paced environment
