Responsibilities

Assist in planning, managing, and monitoring every step from concept to completion for assigned projects.

Monitor daily operations and gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure project success.

Implement processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Submit status updates and gather feedback through meetings for leadership to leverage.

Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Track costs, performance SLAs, and other metrics to meet project goals and objectives.

Assist with gathering data and preparing a variety of reports covering project estimates, project status, and other management reports.

Performs other duties as requested by Project Management.

Required

Experience: Project management or related experience.

Education: bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Skills: Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner

Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to manage change in a challenging environment and develop working relationships with peers.

Preferred

Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
