Associate Real Estate Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to both internal and external clients, responding promptly to customer inquiries by phone or written communication.
Handle an average of 20 calls per shift and work as an engaged member of a team.
Create customer cases using the CRM system and act as a case manager for each issue from start to completion.
Actively listen to the customer's voice to understand their problem and expectations.

Required
Experience providing application / technical support in a call center environment.
Must possess a 'can do anything' attitude.
University-level understanding of proper grammar.
In-depth working knowledge of problem-solving methodologies.
Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong prioritization and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong attention to accuracy.
Must be flexible and agile.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in MS office applications.
Preferred
Prefer two years’ experience in a front-line customer facing role.
Prefer five years’ experience in post-closing real estate role (Title company, lender, etc.)
