Responsibilities
Functioning as a key member of the technical operations lab team through executing lab-scale downstream process optimization and investigation support, including analytics.
Functioning as a key team member to collaborate with manufacturing teams to support facility activities and to support area objectives.
Participating in technical support activities for licensed vaccines.
Executing assignments against accelerated, critical-path timelines in a right-first-time manner.

Required
B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or comparable discipline.
Hands-on experience within lab, pilot-scale, or manufacturing environment
Knowledge in protein purification
Preferred
Experience with processing of pharmaceuticals and large molecule (vaccine or biologics)
Working knowledge of cGMPs
Strong problem solving skills and a hands-on approach to problem solving, with a bias towards going to see problems for oneself in the field.
