Responsibilities
Respond to client and associate inquiries via phone, web chat, email, and online ticketing systems.
Create case logs, track information, and follow through to resolution, escalating complex issues as needed.
Configure network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software applications and hardware.
Stay up to date with the latest industry developments and internal processes through training.
Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding customer service and innovative solutions.

Required
Cisco CCNA certification or 2 years of experience configuring network devices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to document, track, and resolve issues efficiently
Preferred
Experience with ticketing systems (Clarify, Remedy, Salesforce)
Knowledge of Fortigate, zScaler, Wireshark, Microsoft O/S, and Active X controls
Certifications such as A+, MCDST, or MCST
Automotive industry experience
Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus!
