Responsibilities
Work with the engineering manager or senior engineers to complete engineering projects
Conduct design concept meetings, design review meetings, and kick-off meetings with the engineering team, shop personnel, and customers
Interact with the mold shop, programming, quality, and inspection teams, as well as upper management to maintain open, honest, and prompt communication
Meet schedules and on-time delivery
Learn and maintain ISO quality standards

Required
2+ years of related experience designing tooling / plastic injection molds or equivalent experience (ex: machine shop experience)
2+ years of CAD experience required, SolidWorks skills are preferred
Understanding of injection molding and tool creation process
Ability to work with closely with senior designers to create detailed drawings
Willingness to grow and learn the business and eagerness for career development within the company and engineering group
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is a plus
SolidWorks plastics is a plus
