Responsibilities
Identify and sell to decision-makers, including C-Level executives, across IT and LOBs in enterprises.
Consultatively identify requirements and propose solutions to customers.
Create and deliver client presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Engage in customer solution selling, including software licenses and services.
Build and manage a strong Sales Pipeline.
Anchor client meetings and pursue opportunities with pre-sales and external partners.
Collaborate with sales and channel organizations of software vendors/partners to drive joint demand generation and close deals.

Required
18+ years of experience
Passionate about the innovation economy and next-gen technologies
Demonstrable experience of selling product engineering solutions to Banking, Financial services & Insurance industries
Successful track record of opening new logos
Demonstrable experience in achieving annual targets
Ability to communicate with and build relationships with senior client stakeholders (CXO, CXO-1, CXO-2, and CXO-3 levels)
BA/BS Degree (MBA Preferred)
Hustler who believes in getting things done both internally and for the customer
Passion and commitment for customer success
Hands-on with demos and proposals
Enterprise-wide solution selling capabilities
Excellent, context-specific communication and presentation skills
Team player with strong listening and interpersonal skills; strong desire to take on constructive feedback/coaching and make definitive changes
Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
Enterprise solution sales experience
Demonstrated success in an individual contributor sales role for a product or services organization working with enterprises
Track record of opening new logos
Demonstrable experience in achieving annual targets
Experience of selling digital product engineering services and solutions
Excellent Relationship Building Skills
Preferred
Experience working with offshore presales and delivery teams is desirable
