Responsibilities

Salesforce Solution Sales: Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored Salesforce solutions and services.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a sales pipeline, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualification, to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor on Salesforce solutions.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce products and services, understanding how they can address client challenges and provide value.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Salesforce solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals.
Salesforce Expertise: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, customization options, and integration possibilities.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, tracking progress toward revenue goals.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful Salesforce solution sales, meeting, or exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Sales Professional).
Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and partner network.
