Responsibilities
Project management of US & Canada email, site and SMS content from delivery to execution.
Creating and tracking project milestones and deliverables in web-based project management tools.
Creating detailed implementation schedules for each project and validate/communicate out with needed project resources.
Keeping to tight deadlines and managing changing priorities on an hourly basis. Communicate to management any impacts to the project and the overall website and e-mail program.
Coordinating with Marketing, Merchandising and Program Management to execute impactful email and site content that meet business driving objectives. Clear and effective communication of project requirements across stakeholders and functions.
Ensuring graphic assets are delivered for content development accurately and to spec.
Managing offer detail nuance between US and Canada markets.
Testing and QA of pre-launch digital content -- identifying bugs and incorrect links.
Execute set up of Movable Ink product scrape codes for all US, Canada English and French related assets.
Facilitate content approval for all SMS messaging. Coordinate build & deployment with vendor.
Managing linking setup and approval for all email campaigns.
Ensuring project is launched on time and meets initial project requirements.
Proactively seeks out opportunities to learn more about brand business processes and systems. Uses knowledge to suggest new ideas and change to improve overall efficiency of processes.

Required
1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, online marketing, interactive production and/or project management.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience. Ability to keep track of multiple projects and progress of others on team.
High degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
Exceptional detail-orientation, with previous experience in traffic or project management.
Ability to balance team expectations and priorities.
Experience with content management systems and a working knowledge of how web content is created and deployed.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
