Responsibilities
Execute compliance assurance program as a pillar of compliance framework to help ensure effective and sustainable identification of performance health in the execution of compliance requirements, and in detection of early warning signs of potential compliance risks. Program support and tasks execution includes:
Supporting maintenance of Inventory of controls, documentation, and testing and monitoring plans
KPIs and KRIs, including statistical/probability analysis
Qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including rating and prioritization
Developing and executing testing plans
Conducting root cause analysis
Process owner engagement and meeting routines to conduct testing and monitoring, reviewing results and tracking and validating remediation.
External engagement in industry organizations, forums and other platforms that are material to compliance and change.
Serve as a liaison with auditors, regulators, business partners.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of compliance assurance testing and monitoring, including statistical analysis of monitoring and testing results, and reporting, and development and execution of testing plans.
Expert knowledge with highly skilled capabilities in compliance assurance, including testing and monitoring, identification and use of KPIs and KRIs, and accompanying data analytics.
Ability to translate compliance requirements into business requirements in support of people, processes, and technology execution, management, and controls plans for testing and monitoring, and risk rating.
Proven ability to communicate, collaborate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, internal and external business partners, and with regulatory and external independent review entities.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams to drive programs and/or products.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
Strategic thinker and tactical executor - able to rapidly shift from 'big picture' to 'detailed operations'.
Strong team player with excellent track record of success in highly matrixed, fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
Ability to discern potential impacts of remediation plans to solve issues identified and are sustainable and effective with high degree of certainty.
