Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with customers and partners, both internally and externally

Design and Build environments and storage solutions for customer engagements for the purpose of Sandbox, Proofs of Concepts, and Lab-as-a-Service

Create architectural diagrams, access guides, and other documents as needed for customer engagements and internal documentation

Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and other internal teams to develop test plans, use cases, and high/low level designs

Further develop and foster OEM partnerships and relationships that support WWT’s go-to-market strategy around storage solutions

Support business development and marketing initiatives as needed

Achieve industry standard certification requirements to maintain partner status

Required

Foundational knowledge and expertise with Storage, Virtualization, and Compute

Broad level of understanding of cloud, S3, and communication protocols

Ability to build and manage relationships with customers and partners, both internally and externally

Experience in designing and building environments and storage solutions for customer engagements for the purpose of Sandbox, Proofs of Concepts, and Lab-as-a-Service

Ability to create architectural diagrams, access guides, and other documents as needed for customer engagements and internal documentation
