Responsibilities
Serving as the central advisor for athletes, coordinating across their support team, including sport-specific coaches, mental training, nutrition, and fitness specialists.
Developing personalized, non-sport-specific training plans to strengthen the athlete’s mental and physical foundations, preparing them for the demands of college athletics and beyond.
Regularly communicating with each athlete’s coaching team, fostering seamless collaboration to ensure the athlete's growth and readiness in all areas of performance.
Monitoring progress across training areas, addressing any challenges, and making adjustments to maintain alignment with the athlete’s goals.
Providing ongoing guidance and mentorship to athletes, helping them set meaningful goals, develop resilience, and build confidence.
Keeping athletes and their families informed of their developmental progress, offering insights and recommendations to ensure they are well-rounded and prepared.

Required
Strong background in sports advisory, athletic coaching, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with athletes, families, and a diverse coaching team.
Deep understanding of non-sport-specific training areas, including mental conditioning, nutrition, and fitness.
A talent for creating and overseeing individualized training plans that consider each athlete’s unique strengths and growth areas.
