Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to athletes via social media channels to explore opportunities for NIL endorsements and representation in the transfer portal.
Assist with crafting compelling communication materials tailored to each athlete's unique brand and career goals.
Support the negotiation and execution of NIL contracts, ensuring compliance with NCAA regulations.
Maintain and update comprehensive athlete profiles and databases.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic proposals for potential representation.
Track and analyze social media trends to identify emerging talent and opportunities for representation.
Participate in meetings and strategy sessions with the athlete representation team to align on goals and initiatives.

Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of collegiate and professional sports dynamics, particularly around NIL legislation and transfer processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at tailoring messages to different audiences.
Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and digital communication tools.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Enthusiasm for the sports industry and a keen interest in athlete advocacy and brand management.
