Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact for athletes seeking tax assistance. Communicate effectively to understand their needs and ensure an efficient process with their tax volunteer.
Thoroughly review and validate all tax-related documents submitted by athletes. Ensure they have the necessary records and forms for tax volunteer services.
Collect pertinent information about each athlete's tax situation and ensure they are eligible for services.
Coordinate and schedule meetings between athletes and tax advisors based on their respective needs, availability, and areas of expertise.
Maintain communication with athletes throughout the process, ensuring they know the next steps and guiding them as needed.

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
1+ years of administrative experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document review.
Empathetic and athlete-focused approach in addressing athletes' needs.
Basic knowledge of common tax forms.

Preferred

Prior experience in Accounting, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field is a plus.
