Required
Expertise in Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
Experience in providing consulting services for Atlassian implementations
Strong knowledge of DevOps and ITSM principles
Ability to deliver training sessions and workshops
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred
Project management experience is a plus
