Responsibilities
Evaluate potential mass tort cases, assessing the viability and strategic benefit to the firm.
Conduct preliminary investigations and due diligence to ensure strong foundations for litigation.
Collaborate with the marketing department to conceptualize and implement multi-channel campaigns designed to attract mass tort clients.
Develop marketing materials (digital and print) and work with marketing to identify strategic media channels to maximize visibility and engagement.
Work with intake department to ensure an efficient and empathetic experience for potential clients.
Serve as a point of contact for new clients, providing guidance, gathering information, and initiating cases promptly.
Assist with building and maintaining relationships with co-counsel, managing referrals and coordinating efforts to ensure cohesive representation.
Assist with negotiating and executing co-counsel agreements in alignment with firm objectives.
Oversee the filing of mass tort claims, coordinate with court personnel, and monitor key deadlines.
Ensure consistent client communication, providing updates on case status and progress.
Deliver regular reports to senior leadership on case developments, marketing performance, and overall practice growth.
Present data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize resource allocation.
Conduct legal research when necessary to support the development of mass tort cases and advance litigation strategies.
Assist with drafting and review pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents, ensuring high-quality, persuasive content.

Required
Minimum of 4+ years as a practicing attorney, with a background in mass tort litigation strongly preferred.
Outstanding writing and research abilities, capable of producing polished, strategic legal documents with minimal oversight.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with marketing teams and managing campaign initiatives.
Knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels, with an eye for innovation and data-driven decision-making.
Track record of successfully managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Empathetic communication style that fosters trust and transparency.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients, colleagues, and firm leadership.
Proven ability to develop, implement, and scale strategic plans aimed at practice expansion and revenue growth.
High level of organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams (marketing, paralegals, co-counsel, etc.) and external partners.
Preferred
Prior experience with mass tort case intake, discovery, and settlement processes.
Established network in the mass tort litigation community.
Familiarity with case management software and emerging legal tech solutions.
