Responsibilities

Handle a diverse caseload of Civil Litigation/Labor & Employment/Real Estate/Construction Litigation/IP/Trademark/Insurance/Complex Litigation/Commercial litigation matters.

Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy formulation.

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.
