Let clients know about employment policies, compliance, and workplace investigations.
Draft pleadings, legal documents, and motions.
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
Manage discovery processes and depositions.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of labor and employment/class action or PAGA law experience.
Strong knowledge of federal and California employment/class action or PAGA.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
