Responsibilities
Monitor external and in-house deadlines for Form 5500s, Form 8955-SSAs and Form 990s
Maintain compliance, supervise, and train Form 5500 staff
Manage client databases annually
Prepare and electronically file Form 5500s, Form 8955-SSAs and Form 990s for Employee Benefit Plans and Direct Filing Entities
Review Form 5500s prepared by staff
Establish and maintain client relationships
Assist audit teams with the accumulation of source documents for the preparation of the returns

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or CPA candidate is a plus
1 to 3 years experience in form 5500 preparation
Basic familiarity with GAAP and GAAS
Strong project management, team orientation and interpersonal skills
