Responsibilities

Ability to design and utilize advanced analytical techniques to drive engagement efficiency

Review and prepare workpapers and work performed by the audit team to ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, Internal Revenue Code, and other professional standards in a timely and professional manner

Oversee the process of an audit from start to finish, analyzing potential problems, and recommending solutions

Monitor the quality of our product and the performance of our audit team

Ability to supervise, train, and coach staff

Understand client service relationships and how to utilize firm resources to maximize client satisfaction

Responsible for billing in accordance with agreed upon terms

Perform other duties as assigned
