Responsibilities
Discusses assigned audit requirements with the assigned Project Manager.
May be responsible for client interaction, where appropriate.
Conducts all assigned project-related tasks (planning, performance, reporting and/or follow-up); schedules appointments as necessary for the conduct of such activities.
Discusses significant findings with a Managing Director or Project Manager, for example for critical findings.
Writes the audit report according to timelines for peer review and approval.
Files audit deliverables in the appropriate SharePoint location.

Required
University Degree (or higher) in Life Sciences or Medicine
At least five years of experience in auditing/quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry
Experienced in the conduct of various types of audits (site audits, inspection readiness assessments, systems audits, vendor audits, document audits, etc), including audit planning, performance, reporting and follow-up
Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Good time management with the ability to organize tasks effectively
Flexibility to adapt a schedule and to focus on key risks identified during an audit
Ability to meet client defined timelines
Knowledge of all laws, regulations and guidelines applicable to the audits assigned, such as ICH-GCP, GMP, GLP, US FDA CFR, ISO 9001, local regulations etc.
