Responsibilities
Lead the design of end-to-end customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions using Auth0 and Okta CIC.
Define and document architecture patterns, best practices, and implementation strategies for scalable and secure CIAM solutions.
Ensure solutions align with business goals, security standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Oversee and participate in the deployment of Auth0/Okta CIC solutions, including authentication, authorization, and user management.
Integrate CIC with third-party applications, APIs, and custom services using tools such as Okta Workflows and Auth0 Actions.
Configure multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and social login integrations.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Auth0 and Okta CIC, guiding clients and internal teams on best practices.
Mentor and support developers, engineers, and other team members in implementing identity solutions.
Stay updated on the latest developments in CIAM technologies and propose enhancements.
Collaborate with clients to understand their CIAM needs, identify pain points, and recommend tailored solutions.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and technical discussions to articulate the value of CIC and associated features.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring successful adoption and long-term satisfaction.
Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of identity services.
Implement security measures, including risk-based authentication, adaptive access policies, and advanced threat protection.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration guides, and operational runbooks.
Ensure CIAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years in identity and access management (IAM) or customer identity and access management (CIAM).
3+ years of hands-on experience with Auth0 and/or Okta CIC.
Proven track record of delivering CIAM projects for enterprise or large-scale clients.
Deep understanding of CIAM concepts, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and JWT.
Experience with programming/scripting languages like JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or similar.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
