Responsibilities
The Developer develops, maintains, and performs automation testing for applications using selenium.
This includes working directly with users, gathering requirements, creating documentation, developing solutions, and supporting user testing.
Analyzes business and functional requirements, architecture, and hardware limitations and implements technology to fulfill the requirements.
Performs software development activities such as design, construction, debugging, testing, component integration, and maintenance using best practices and techniques, specifications, relevant standards and tools.
Profiles, analyzes, optimizes, and enhances software to improve operating time, efficiency, or functionality.
Develops and executes test plans, scenarios and cases.
Creates or updates technical documentation (detailed specifications, design documents, implementation or operations guides, architecture diagrams, flowcharts, charts, comments and code).

Required
Five (5) or more years of experience as an IT developer.
1-2 years of experience with automation testing tool Selenium.
Experience developing application and performing automated testing using Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby.
Experience using agile principles.
Experience analyzing and resolving technical issues relating to system architecture.
Experience providing technical guidance to clients.
Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented setting.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
