Responsibilities
System Design & Architecture: Develop the overall architecture of ADAS systems, ensuring alignment with automotive standards and industry best practices.
Developing deep learning-based software architectures for automotive systems. The role involves leading the integration of AI frameworks, optimizing neural network models, and collaborating with engineering teams to create innovative solutions for in-vehicle applications.
Work with team members to determine the optimal scheme for sensing fusion of different types of sensors according to different performance requirements of autonomous driving and form a system architecture.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance / hands on development during the development and integration phases, ensuring adherence to design specifications and performance requirements.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements, translating them into technical specifications and system designs.
Integration: Oversee the integration of hardware and software components, ensuring seamless communication between sensors (like cameras, LIDAR, and radar), control units, and vehicle platforms.
Testing & Validation: Develop testing strategies and validation plans to ensure the reliability and safety of ADAS features, including simulation and real-world testing.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality ADAS solutions.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all ADAS developments comply with relevant automotive regulations, safety standards, and industry guidelines.
Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the automotive industry to drive innovation in ADAS solutions.

Required
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in automotive engineering, with a focus on ADAS or related technologies.
Proficiency in systems engineering, embedded systems, sensor technologies (LiDAR, radar, cameras), and software development (C/C++, Python).
Minimum 3 years of experience in Lidar development, master the design technology of Lidar, including the working principle, system architecture, transceiver, basic signal processing.
Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and present technical concepts.
Preferred
Strong understanding of automotive systems, sensor fusion, and control algorithms.
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python) and tools for simulation and modeling (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink).
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience managing projects, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in automotive systems.
Familiarity with simulation tools and methodologies for ADAS testing.
Knowledge of vehicle dynamics and control systems.
