Responsibilities
Dealer Process Mapping - Collaborate with dealership teams to understand their current sales workflows and configure the DRP to align with and optimize these workflows for a more seamless digital retail experience.
Pre-Launch Coordination: Manage all pre-launch activities, ensuring that all necessary configurations, data migrations, and system integrations are completed prior to going live. Communicate regularly with dealership leadership to ensure readiness for launch.
Training Delivery - Provide in-depth, role-based training for dealership staff, including sales, finance, and management teams. Ensure that users are confident in their ability to navigate and utilize the DRP effectively post-launch.
Customization & Optimization - Continuously gather dealership feedback during and after implementation to adjust the configuration and optimize the DRP to better support their business goals.
Client Relationship Management - Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealership personnel, acting as a trusted advisor for all matters related to the platform’s implementation and use.
Additional Responsibilities - Perform other tasks and duties as required to support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Required
Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations, including sales workflows, CRM systems, and digital retail tools.
Experience configuring or implementing software platforms, especially in the automotive space.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple dealership implementations simultaneously.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in completing tasks with minimal supervision or direction from leadership.
Self-motivated and proactive in managing responsibilities and solving problems independently.
Strong decision-making skills with the capacity to prioritize and complete work efficiently in a dynamic environment without constant oversight.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective training and support.
Tech-savvy, with a quick ability to learn, configure, and explain complex software solutions.
Ability to problem-solve and customize solutions based on dealership needs.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 7 years work experience in product management, software implementation, sales, account management, project management, technology solutions management, or a related client-focused professional industry.
Preferred
Minimum 1 year of automotive retail experience preferred.
