Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new dealers and other referral sources for retail marine lending

Engages with relationship management, credit and operations teams to transition new client during onboarding process

Maintains ongoing communications with clients to ensure dealers and other referral sources receive high-quality service

Identifies the business needs of clients and provides appropriate products or services to meet their business requirements and improve their organization's profitability

Evaluate potential cross sell opportunities, including deposit and other lending opportunities

Independently formulate questions and directly engage with customers/prospects

Work with operations team to streamline client experience and increase operational efficiencies

Financial services experienceRetail marine finance knowledgeRelationships with boat dealersSales experience

Required

Bachelor's degree

5+ years’ financial services experience; CS, RM, preferably sales, with a working knowledge of the retail marine finance business, its products, operations and sales functions.

Prior experience and relationships with multiple boat dealers and brands.
