Responsibilities

Support Funds Transfer Central Team in driving risk reduction, remediation, and reporting enterprise-wide.

Recommend changes to FTTOP Policy and Standards, drive execution of approved changes, and facilitate engagement with other strategic initiatives.

Create and manage change management protocol for funds transfer and drive automation of reporting and risk analysis.

Support the development and implementation of technology to manage funds transfer risk effectively.

Provide guidance documentation, manage FTTOP email queries & escalations, facilitate practitioners' meetings, and develop training programs.

Drive and maintain risk assessment data, communication strategy, and progress tracking of risk reduction plans.
