Responsibilities
Documenting User Stories specific to NCDOT Bidding and Letting processes.
Working on various AWP modules and ensuring adherence to AWP implementation Best Practices.
Supporting Pilot projects, designing integrations with legacy systems (e.g., SAP, SharePoint).
Leading stakeholder meetings to gather intelligence, and ensuring system capabilities are clearly demonstrated.
Coordinating test validation and rollout, providing training and support.

Required
Experience with AASHTOWare Project (AWP) software.
Software Development Methodology Knowledge.
Technical Documentation.
Written and Verbal Communication.
SQL Experience.
XML Experience.
Supporting Product Changes/Change Management.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution.
Analyzing Software Technical Specifications.
Visualizations and Process Diagrams.
Azure DevOps.
Collaborative Prototyping & Demo for New Solutions.
Process Engineering.
General IT Technologies, Architecture, and Infrastructure Knowledge.
Integration with Legacy Systems (SAP/SharePoint, etc.)
