Proven experience with Amazon Connect, AWS Lex, and Cognito.
Strong understanding of AWS Ecosystem.
Proficiency in any programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including: Jenkins: For continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Git: For version control and collaboration.
Docker: For containerization and application deployment.
Kubernetes: For container orchestration and management.
Terraform: For infrastructure as code and automated provisioning.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
