Responsibilities

Document Data Governance artifacts, providing use cases, requirements, and a data dictionary to ITO Analytic development staff.

Mentor County staff on essential aspects of data literacy.

Proficient in project and program management, incorporating design thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies, including sprint planning.

Familiarity with Health and Human Services (H&HS) domain and operations.

Understanding of system development life-cycle management fundamentals, emphasizing Agile and Lean principles.

Effectively communicate the benefits of iterative cloud development and reporting to diverse stakeholders within business and technology teams.

Demonstrate strong business acumen, facilitating decision-making among stakeholders with varied perspectives and priorities.

Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Blend business, IT, financial, and communication skills to prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder needs and clarify IT concepts.
