Responsibilities
Work independently and within a team setting to oversee and mitigate cybersecurity threats
Design, document, implement, and maintain cybersecurity systems and processes including identity and access management, multifactor authentication, Azure Active Directory, Single Sign-on, SAML, Oauth, access control management, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in merger and acquisition activities, IT due diligence efforts, and developing risk mitigation strategies

Required
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information/Cybersecurity, or related field from four-year college or university; or at least 5 (+) years related experience and relevant technical certifications.
5+ years’ experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security supporting enterprise environments composed of contemporary IT infrastructure—hybrid—on prem/cloud architecture
Skilled in establishing, evaluating, and resolving identity and access management (IAM) issues, policies, procedures and best practices using Microsoft Azure Active Director / Entra ID, LDAP, etc.
Administering user accounts, establishing security permissions, and role-base access controls (RBAC) for internal users, applications, and devices
Skilled in Privileged identity Management (PIM) to mitigate risks of excessive, unnecessary, or misused access
Configuring, assessing, and managing multifactor authentication (MFA) and authorization protocols (SSO, Oauth, SAML, & OpenID Connect)
Responding to and managing incidents and infosec investigations using Microsoft tools (Defender & Sentinel)
A strong foundation of Information Technology components to include Networking, Server, Virtualization, Cloud (Azure), Security, Storage, Disaster Recovery, and Backup Solutions
The ability to work with end users to troubleshoot issues that involve cross-functional team collaboration while providing excellent customer service and support
Willingness to travel – on a limited basis
Strong problem solving skills
