Responsibilities
Lead the development of Data and AI strategies and roadmaps, aligning technology solutions with business goals and objectives.
Design and architect advanced Azure solutions, integrating various Data and AI technologies to meet complex project requirements and drive innovation.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in Data and AI solution development and deployment.
Oversee the integration of Data and AI solutions with existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.
Design and implement data architectures that support AI solutions, leveraging advanced database systems and ensuring data quality and security.
Partner with Project Managers to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
Collaborate with peers to architect and implement Azure solutions that meet defined customer business objectives.
Assist with the development or improvement of deployment solution architecture and standards.

Required
At least 7 years of experience in a technical environment (Azure preferred), with a minimum of 3 years in Azure solution development and architecture.
Expertise in architecting and implementing Azure data technologies, such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB/Postgres database systems and Azure Databricks.
Knowledge in AI technologies, including Azure AI Services and OpenAI models.
Skills in Python programming, with experience in designing and implementing Data and AI solutions.
Advanced knowledge of data management concepts, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and data lake design.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative AI solutions.
Strong knowledge and experience in working with customers in a consultive approach in a technical environment.
Preferred
Familiarity with Azure networking and security requirements.
Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning Studio and Cognitive Services.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
Experience in Azure DevOps for source control.
