Responsibilities

Utilize deep knowledge of Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Python/Spark to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support to clients.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team.

Work closely with product development, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and issue resolution.

Required

Proficiency in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Python/Spark.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

4+ Years experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Preferred

Experience with other Azure services and cloud platforms.

Certification in Azure or related technologies.

Experience in a product-based company.
