Responsibilities

Engage with customers on technical break-fix issues related to their Azure resources and provide clients with actionable steps toward remediation.

Troubleshoot Azure cloud services and provide guidance and advisory according to Microsoft best practices.

Maintain internal processes relating to Azure subscriptions, documenting work and presenting findings upon completion

Continuously monitoring and optimizing Azure environments for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability. Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing DevOps practices.

Strong knowledge of maintaining comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, configurations, and best practices. Creating client-facing documentation and reports.

Collaborating with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements and technical specifications. Developing customized Azure hosting solutions that align with client goals and adhere to industry best practices.

Develop and execute comprehensive Azure cloud strategies, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.

Ensure scalability, security, and compliance on AVD deployments.

Required

3-5 years of solution design and or support experience with Azure, demonstrating skills utilizing – Azure IaaS, PaaS, Compute, Azure SQL, Storage, AVD.

Detailed knowledge of Azure concepts, including VNets and other network resources, security groups, Availability Zones/Sets/Groups, Azure Site Recovery, ExpressRoute, Virtual Machines, App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor, Azure Resource Manager, PowerShell, etc.

Perform hands-on tasks in the Azure Portal and on Windows/Linux VMs, as well as creating/modifying/executing Infrastructure as Code templates and scripts.

Responsible for contributing to planning, architecture, execution, and validation of migrations to the cloud.

Understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such as Azure AD, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, SSO, Azure AD Proxy, SAML.

Hands-on experience architecting and deploying Microsoft Azure environments, including hybrid scenarios, optimizing cost, proper monitoring, scaling, implementing, and validating database, server, virtual desktop & DR scenarios, and Azure security.

Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.

Azure certifications: AZ-104 (MS Azure Administrator) or an equivalent intermediate or advanced Azure certification.
