Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance Kodi Connect's brand awareness in the B2B IT and cybersecurity industries.
Identify and create opportunities for exposure through partnerships, collaborations, and targeted campaigns.
Lay the foundation for a scalable marketing team, with the opportunity to lead and grow a department as the company expands.
Create and manage initiatives to generate high-quality sponsorship leads and attract senior-level attendees to events.
Build and nurture relationships with relevant organizations, media outlets, and industry groups to expand our reach.
Proactively seek opportunities to collaborate with thought leaders and influencers in the IT and cybersecurity fields.
Design and implement creative campaigns across digital, email, social media, and other relevant channels.
Research and propose new tools, technologies, and methods to streamline marketing efforts and improve results.
Manage website content and updates using WordPress, ensuring it aligns with our branding and messaging.
Draft high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, promotional materials, emails, and social media posts.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
Roll up your sleeves for any task, from mundane administrative jobs to high-level brainstorming, to get results.

Required

Proven experience in B2B marketing and lead generation, ideally in IT or cybersecurity sectors.
Must hold a Bachelors.
Ability to generate creative ideas and execute them effectively with minimal supervision.
A relentless drive to get results, regardless of the challenges or nature of the task.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to build relationships, partnerships, and collaborations.
Familiarity with WordPress, email marketing tools, analytics platforms, and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
Confidence in creating compelling content across all formats.
Adaptability to work on both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
Ambition to grow the role into a leadership position and build a department as success scales.

Preferred

Knowledge of the IT and cybersecurity industry, including trends, challenges, and key players.
Experience with partnership building and influencer outreach in a B2B environment.
Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, or advanced digital marketing tools.
