Responsibilities
Design and execute marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue and increase average order volumes (AOV) from fleet partners and dealers.
Develop programs to grow the number of active stocking dealers and distribution partners buying and selling Ex-Guard products.
Collaborate with product marketing teams to research and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities to boost sales volume and expand market share.
Create and implement initiatives that enhance customer loyalty, satisfaction, and advocacy among B2B partners.
Spearhead go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and dealer partners.
Develop services and experiences that leave a lasting positive impression on our B2B partners, making Ex-Guard their preferred choice.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B channels and leadership roles
Proven track record in strategic planning, revenue growth, and customer engagement initiatives
Exceptional analytical skills to interpret market trends and align strategies with business objectives
Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and budgets
Preferred
Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
