Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with sales goals.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with clear and measurable business objectives.
Develop the B2B customer experience journey, identifying critical research and decision-making inflection points.
Manage analytics surrounding B2B marketing efforts.
Plan, create, and manage multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including ads, videos, social media, and coordinating press releases and events.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize effectiveness.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all B2B marketing channels.
Lead the development of high-quality B2B marketing content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, press releases, and videos.
Manage the B2B content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.
Collaborate with Marketing Design, Sales, and PR teams to produce content.
Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other B2B marketing events designed to achieve business goals.
Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-up activities.
Set event goals and evaluate event success and ROI to inform future strategies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with FinTech knowledge.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and ABM tools/techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative and analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of online advertising, content creation, event management, and B2B marketing best practices.
Strong ability to interpret data with high attention to detail to drive marketing decisions.
Proven track record of coordinating cross-departmental alignment.
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and ABM software is a plus.
