Responsibilities
Enter and update job, company, and operational information
Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Identify duplicate, outdated, or incorrectly formatted data
Perform routine data validation and quality checks
Organize digital records according to established procedures
Report recurring data issues to operations and technical teams
Handle user and company information with care and confidentiality
Meet agreed accuracy and productivity standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong typing, spelling, and data-entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with spreadsheets and common productivity tools
Ability to follow documented processes and work independently
Ability to work remotely within Canada
Preferred
Previous data entry, administrative, research, or operations experience
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or database systems
Experience reviewing job, company, or customer information
Comfortable learning new software and internal tools
