Responsibilities

Develop and implement B2C sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the US market.
Establish and manage B2C sales processes, tools, and best practices for optimizing performance.
Set clear sales targets and ensure the team is aligned to meet and exceed them.
Build, lead, and coach a team of sales specialists.
Utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor customer journeys and ensure sales touchpoints are optimized.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute and improve digital sales strategies.
Co-plan and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including paid search campaigns.
Foster and build trust with B2C customers, ensuring that SkillUp Online is recognized as a premium learning platform in the market.
Stay current with industry trends in online learning to continually improve and evolve the sales approach.
Lead regular internal meetings to review sales performance, trends, and strategy adjustments.

Required

12-18 years of experience in B2C digital sales, including minimum 5 years in selling online learning programs in the online education sector.
Proven experience in leading and scaling B2C sales strategies and teams.
Strong hands-on experience of selling online learning programs in the US Market.
Strong understanding of online platforms, tools, and products used in digital sales.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to collaborate across departments, particularly with marketing and product teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred

Experience in the sale of online educational courses in cutting edge technologies (AI, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity etc.)
Demonstrated success in driving sales and scaling teams in a fast-paced digital environment.
