Responsibilities

Bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and communicate to executives and stakeholders

Supporting the Program manager by writing and sharing communications

Managing project tasks

Sharing project status

Technical writing for documentation processes

Training documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field

Proven experience in technical writing and creating training documentation

Extensive experience in implementing customer service/support platform and service management platform projects including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, or similar systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Proficient in the technical aspects of SDLC

Understands the concepts of Agile Development

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred

Experience with CX1 or another customer support platform and BMC Helix another service management/operations management platform is a plus

Technical experience with a customer support platform and BMC Helix or similar service/operations management platforms is desired
