Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients during technical onboarding
Design solutions and ensure smooth integrations
Act as a technical liaison, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
Develop and customize scripts or tools to support client-specific use cases
Guide users through onboarding or troubleshooting steps
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot internal systems, applications, and processes
Analyze discrepancies, support internal application deployments, updates, and debugging processes
Serve as a Level 2 technical support resource for internal teams
Write and debug code/infrastructure for special projects following Agile and CR processes

Required
2+ years of experience in a client-facing technical support role
2+ years of recent experience with Backend software development
2+ years of Debugging experience
2+ years assisting with UI build outs
2+ years with Software Integrations
2+ years combined experience with the below programming languages and frameworks: .NET, React, SQL, JavaScript
