Responsibilities

Develop and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support robust digital applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and scalability.

Implement back-end services using ASP.NET Core and .NET Core, creating reliable, efficient, and secure solutions.

Integrate Azure services to enhance our cloud-based application ecosystem.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define back-end requirements, features, and solutions.

Utilize DevOps practices to streamline deployment processes and ensure continuous integration and delivery.

Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to design, maintain, and optimize data storage solutions that align with API requirements.

Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor peers, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve API performance issues and software defects.

Continuously improve by staying updated with emerging trends and technologies.

Required

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required

A Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a software development role, with a focus on API/Backend development is required

Proven expertise in ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and EF Core for developing and maintaining secure, scalable APIs is required

Hands-On experience working in a fully Agile environment, such as SCRUM, and possessing a comprehensive understanding of Agile principles and methodologies is required

Proven experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and EF Core is required

Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs is required

Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases is required

Preferred

Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based application development is preferred

Experience with version control systems such as Git is preferred
