Responsibilities
As the Executive Business Partner to the COO & Co-founder of CoinTracker, you will pay an instrumental role in providing them with strategic leverage to drive top business priorities forward. In particular you will:
Provide top tier support for calendar, email, and travel management
Build a deep understanding of your leaders OKRs and priorities, and utilize your business acumen to ensure they are spending 100% of their time on allocated areas of work
Play an integral role in external conference planning and execution in partnership with the Business and Sales teams. You will also plan internal co-working events / offsites for your leaders and their teams
Partner with the EBP team to plan two company-wide retreats and one week long leadership offsite per year

Strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems
Write high-quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design
Enjoy designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services
Have experience evolving a startup’s architecture to support mid-size company growth
2+ years of software development experience
Productive, resourceful, and effective at problem-solving
Drawn to an early-stage, high-growth startup environment with less stability and more ambiguity
Strong fundamentals with a cloud platform like GCP or AWS
Interested in financial products and/or cryptocurrency
Able to work effectively in a remote setting and able to overlap with our core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT
