Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize backend software for managing the drone delivery fleet and infrastructure
Design and implement scalable and reliable software solutions supporting core functionalities like payload management and real-time tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable site launch and daily operations
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure platform performance and stability
Evaluate and optimize platform architecture for evolving business needs, scalability, and security
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in backend software development using C++ and other relevant programming languages
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles
Familiarity with multi-threading, networking, and database management systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the development of cutting-edge drone delivery solutions
Preferred
Experience with drone technology, robotics, or a related field is a plus
Experience with fleet management or logistics software is a plus
