Required
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Florida is required.
J.D. degree from an accredited law school, with at least eight (8) years of bankruptcy practice experience.
Proficiency in utilizing the CM/ECF e-filing system.
Demonstrable leadership and organizational skills.
A fervor for aiding individuals in navigating financial adversities.
Capable of thriving in a dynamic, deadline-oriented work environment.
Precision and a keen eye for detail.
Aptitude for multitasking, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Strong legal research and writing abilities.
Preferred
Bi-lingual capabilities are advantageous, though not mandatory.
